Terms of Service

Welcome to Inventory 01 (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between you and Inventory 01 ("we", "our") regarding your use of the Service.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By using or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Inventory 01 is an inventory management app designed for small e-commerce sellers. Core features include barcode scanning for product creation, inventory transaction tracking, low-stock alerts, and report export. The Service is provided on a subscription basis, with a 14-day full-featured free trial.

2. Account and Security

• You must be at least 13 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use the Service.
• You are responsible for protecting your account credentials (email, password) and for all activity conducted through your account.
• If you discover unauthorized access, notify us immediately at [email protected].
• Each account is for one user. Sharing or transferring accounts is not permitted without authorization.

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

3.1 Free Trial

New accounts automatically receive a 14-day full-featured free trial — no credit card required. After the trial ends, features are restricted if no subscription is active; however, you can still view existing data in read-only mode for export or migration purposes.

3.2 Subscription Plans

• Monthly: US$9.99/month, auto-renewed monthly.
• Annual: US$79.99/year (approx. US$6.67/month), auto-renewed annually.

Payments are processed via Apple App Store in-app purchases, subject to Apple's payment terms.

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are governed by the Apple App Store refund policy; we cannot process refunds for App Store purchases directly.

4. Your Data

All business data you enter into the Service (products, SKUs, inventory records, images, etc.) belongs to you. We make no claim of ownership over your data.

You may export your data in CSV / Excel format at any time. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload malware, viruses, or any destructive code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service's systems, servers, or other users' data.
• Use automated tools (crawlers, bots, etc.) to access the Service at scale beyond normal usage.
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Service in any way.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service's software, design, branding, trademarks, and documentation belong to Inventory 01. These Terms do not grant you any license to intellectual property except as strictly necessary to use the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain a stable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for business losses resulting from service interruptions.

The Service is designed with an offline-first approach; you can continue operating locally without a network connection, and data will sync automatically when connectivity is restored.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any express or implied warranties. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
• The Service will meet your specific business requirements.
• Any errors or defects will be corrected promptly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inventory 01 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits or data) arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for direct damages is capped at the subscription fees you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting your account (App Settings → Account Management → Delete Account).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you materially breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court, Taiwan, as the court of first instance.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email, taking effect at least 14 days after notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
